Regular orders placed before 16:00 are shipped out the same day. Large orders that require a courier are shipped out the same day providing the order is received before 14:00. The Available Shipping Options Are: UNITED KINGDOM Royal Mail First Class Recorded - for lower value, small, light weight items this normally takes 1 -2 days, although it can take longer in some areas. Please note that the insurance claim threshold for this service is £38. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Again, for small, light weight items but of a higher value and/or if a guaranteed next day service (by 13:00hrs) is required. The insurance claim threshold for this service is £500. Fedex UK Next Day Courier – For light to heavy weight items this is the most cost effective method and prices start from only £4.95. This is a fully insured and guaranteed next day courier service to Mainland UK but is not available for Saturday delivery. INTERNATIONAL We are now able to ship to most countries. We use Fedex for weights up to 70kg and a freight agent for weights over 70kg.
Fedex International Priority - Fully trackable and insured this service normally takes between 3 - 5 working days.
Fedex International Economy - Fully trackable and insured this service normally takes between 5 - 10 working days.
All shipping prices are based on weight and are fully automated in our store. Just place your order and the cart will calculate the shipping cost based on your preferred shipping option.
VAT is charged to all EU member countries. If you provide us with a valid EU VAT number prior to purchase then we can zero rate the tax.
No VAT or other tax is charged on purchases made outside of the EU.
