Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Yes, we are happy to take your order over the phone and/or discuss your particular requirements or offer advise.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A. All orders are shipped within 24 hours either by recorded First Class Royal Mail, or for larger orders, next day Courier. Most are shipped out same day.
Q. Do you charge VAT.
A. Yes, we are VAT registered Limited company. All prices you see include VAT and the VAT amount will be broken down in the final stage of checkout.
Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A. Yes, there is a quantity discount feature built into the store. If you are a trade customer then contact us for a customised quotation.
